- Bachelor’s degree or above, with minimum 2 years’ investor relations working experience at listed company/finance sector/agency

- Prefer to have knowledge in finance, and passionate about taking in new things in crypto and blockchain industry

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), and have good interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, and able to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines

- Support for annual and interim results announcement, and prepare chairman statement, press release, Q&A, one-page design copy, and presentation decks on time

- Prepare bilingual communications collaterals, including but not limited to monthly newsletter, blog article, advertorial, social media write-up and translation

- Organize the investor roadshow and media interview and other corporate events, and assist for logistics, meeting memo and present the company in roadshow

- Work closely with stakeholders and other departments to ensure the materials are aligned with the company branding strategies

- Maintain good relationships with crypto/finance/tech sector media in a regular manner, and keep eye on the current market trends for pitching good ideas on company business update

- Explore the partnership and potential opportunities with regional and international industry associations and trusted market players, and maximize the cooperation in corporate events

Conduct research and analysis for the company’s ESG & CSR projects, support for business analysis in terms of the regulations, market peers and other ad-hoc projects when required
